Sapore di Sale - Cervia

From 3 to 6 September 2026, the 30th edition of "Sapore di Sale" will take place in Cervia (Magazzino del Sale area - Via Nazario Sauro, Piazzale dei Salinari).

Four days dedicated to white gold, with the ancient tradition of storing the salt, transported on a "burchiella" from the salt pans to the salt warehouses.

Furthermore, the initiative includes many markets, tastings, workshops, conferences, guided tours and exhibitions.
